The Comcast Holiday Spectacular
Your family cannot miss this annual holiday tradition in the Comcast Center lobby! The 15-minute long spectacular will take your whole family on a festive, magical adventure featuring classic holiday carols, a performance by Pennsylvania Ballet ballerinas and a magical sleigh ride through a beautiful, snow-covered Pennsylvania countryside.
When: November 23 to January 1. The show is 15 minutes long and runs at the top of each hour from 10am to 8pm (excluding 5pm on weekdays).
The Christmas Village at LOVE Park
This German-style outdoor market held at LOVE Park is not only the perfect place to see festive light displays, but is a beautifully decorated Christmas Village! Here, your family can find unique gifts, meet Father Christmas himself and hear festive stories at the weekly story times.
When: November 23 to December 24.
Macy’s Christmas Light Show
A longstanding tradition in Philadelphia, the Macy’s Christmas Light Show in the Wanamaker Building is a spectacle of over 100,000 synchronized LED lights. Dancing with the music and the historic Wanamaker organ are figures of reindeer, snowmen, ballerinas, trains and the big guy himself.
When: November 25 to December 31. Show times are 10am, noon, 2, 4, 6, 8pm
Franklin Square Electrical Spectacle Holiday Light Show
Philadelphia, PA Benjamin Franklin would have never guessed that his discovery of electricity would lead to this: thousands of twinkling lights decorating a park named after him. For the holiday season, Franklin Square Park gets decked out with over 50,000 lights and a kite in the center of the park’s fountain. The show will illuminate Franklin Square to festive holiday songs, some of which are performed by The Philly POPS!
When: The show runs through December 31 (except Thanksgiving and Christmas). Showtime is every 30 minutes beginning at 4:30 to 8pm on Sundays to Thursdays and 4:30 to 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
